“Most persons would succeed in small things if they were not troubled with great ambitions.“ — (H. W.) Longfellow
(I think that there is more than a touch of sarcasm in this quotation. I do many small things very well – including this blog? – and what do I have to show for it? I think this is Longfellow’s way of saying: Take care of the big things, and the small things will take care of themselves. I liked how they made this quote look like it was from one of the famous, one-name authors, like Socrates or Cicero. Maybe some of our complaining is paying off! Aaah! The power of the internet . . . blog! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
