(MARVELOUS pun! When I initially caught a glimpse of the cartoon I did actually think it might be another zombie gag! Ironically, there are some similarities to zombie movies and these runway fashion shows. In both cases, it looks like neither have eaten – a decent meal – in months, AND they both wear that same kind of far away, blank stare! Combining the two could make for an amusing movie scene. Zombie models, strutting down the runway, in haute couture. And when they stop suddenly, or do their little spin move, various body parts could just kind of casually fly off! Hey, I’d pay a dollar to see that!
No new clue words today, but some great jumbling. I’m sure that some struggled to get both “oomph” and “occur”. The jumbling of “autumn” looked new to me. The answer letter layout was okay, but I would have switched the order of “oomph” and “occur”. Fantastic cartoon! For those of you with the reduced size Jumble, there’s the well-quaffed, but squirrely, little designer is holding up two dresses, and the model looks like she’s out on her feet. On the other side of the wall is the catwalk/runway, which ends at three artsy-fartsy looking judges, or fashion critics. Tons of fun, kiddies! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
