“My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person: he believed in me.” — Jim Valvano
(Truly, that is the greatest gift. A parent’s love, or both your parents’ love, is one thing, and in most cases that is going to be a given. But, if even one of your parents demonstrate that they really believe in you, that will carry you through your entire life. That belief will fuel your ambition, your focus, and most importantly your self-confidence. If you’re the parent of a young child, show them that you believe in them. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
i’m here thanks to a pingback from the end of your post!
very nice message here; children are our future, and we owe it to them to encourage and mentor them, even if it’s a child we see on the streets!
