(Thath’s dithpicable!!!  If you suffer from a lithp, and thith Jumble offends you, send your complaints to:  David L. Hoyt, c/o Tribune Media Services, 435 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611.  Tell them Sylvethter thent you!

Hey!  Great way to end the week!  We actually had a brand new clue word today, in “pelvic”!  ralis95 is busy updating his clue word database, as you read this!  We’ve had pelvis before, but today they thrust “pelvic” our way.  Hmm . . . Did someone say Beyoncé?  Good jumbling on the other three words, too.  The answer letter layout was pretty spectacular.  Nothing obvious there, in any way.  And, Knurek did a great job of capturing the essence of an arty boutique.  Fish-net stockings, spiky hair, piercings, and funky fashions!  You’re more likely to find yer Uncle in JCPenney’s, buyin’ a pair of Wranglers and a sweatshirt.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

(Aah!  This is why some little guys can very often take out a much larger opponent.  The bigger guy might possess more strength, but lack the belief that he can win.  So, are courage and self-confidence really the same thing?  More times than not courage is just a matter of:  What the heck!  Why not?  While self-confidence is really more a matter of believing in your abilities.  It’s easier to be courageous when you know you can do it.  Believe in yourself, friends.  Be well and do good.)   —   YUR
