(More of a fall-off!   The amazing Velcro!  Some guy got the idea from some burdocks – thistle-like “fruit”  – sticking to his dog.  What a great Aha moment when he figured out how to reproduce that effect!  No new clue words today, but some great clue word jumbling.  Answer letter layout didn’t give anything away, but the answer shouldn’t have been too tough for anyone to figure out.  The cartoon works.  That is all.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

UNC- Today’s Jumble reminded me of a song by one of my favorites.. ZZ Top, called VELCRO FLY.. Check out video on you tube (that’s if you enjoy the trio from Texas)…Have a great night and I’m pulling for the Broncos to beat Brady and company….Wimpy

Check it, now that there are pics, WIMPY! I remember this young, funky secretary . . . a zillion years ago. I used to call her “Nationwide”. She didn’t know what I was talking about, but after I explained it she liked the nick-name. I don’t want Beli and Brady to win again, but that Blount guy is a beast! I wonder how he’ll fair in the Denver thin air?

Was Velcro invented in Scotland? I saw ZZ Top once in concert. I don’t remember most of it. Don’t ask why! Ha! I will check out video. How do our guys keep coming up with these crazy, original cartoons???
