(Suck it up, sister!  Don’t get me wrong, folks.  I still think smoking is a filthy, dangerous habit.  But, habit is generally not the right word to describe the action.  You have a choice when it comes to habits.  When I occasionally smoked, as a youth, it was a habit.  The vast majority of smokers are addicts.  Most of them would like to quit . . . if they could.  Should we have them wear big patches, so we can see them from afar, and avoid them like the plague?  I don’t think it’s healthy, or right, to treat them as pariahs.  A little understanding, people.  A little empathy.

No new clue words today.  But, the jumblings for “glitch” and “unity” were new.  Good answer letter layout, but with only six letters the answer was pretty obvious.  Fine cartoon there, Knurek.  Be well and do good, friends.  Non-smokers and smokers.)   —   YUR
