INAAV = AVIAN, SLUKK = SKULK, CRENOE = ENCORE, RIPNAS = SPRAIN — Giving us: VLKECOSI
Clue/Question: The newlyweds with the flu were . . .
Answer: LOVESICK
(One of them funny compound word answers! I never really thought of it as a single word, but I guess it is. I hope Bill H was able to come up with “encore”. I’ve never heard of recone, but it’s probably re-cone. No new clue words today. I really liked the jumbling of “encore” and especially “sprain”. Great job on the answer letter layout! And, a very cute cartoon. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Hi Can you please stop spamming people with links to your blog and give them false hope that there is actually someone who cares about what they write? Thank you very much. Oh and reallllly nice blog.
Adding someone’s link to a post is probably the opposite of spamming. I’m not sending myself out, I’m bringing readers to other blogs. Zemanta “reads” what I’m posting, or enter in their search bar, and they provide me with “relevant” pictures and links for me to choose from. I put in “hearts and flowers” and your post was one of the things that came up. I don’t know whether your post was because of “hearts and flowers” or the subject matter of my post, but there has to be some connection. I can’t force my readers to open any of these links . . . and “Like” your post. All I can do is hope that a few of them will be interested enough to do so. If you’re fairly new to blogging, just have a little patience. It takes some time to build readership. I don’t subscribe, or follow, anyone else’s blog. Mainly because I just don’t have the time. But, I do make an effort to reciprocate the “Likes” that my posts receive. Best of luck to you! — YUR
Really lonely n gorgeous 7 I like your blog a lot & keep up your great mood * clap
Bother I stared at ENCORE for more than ten minutes without getting it, finally throwing in the towel with my computer’s dictionary anagram option. Never will be great at these things.
Omg I am sorry for misunderstanding you. Yeap I’m actually really new to WordPress and how things run around here. That was actually my first post and I was quite peeved that your comment wasn’t a ‘real’ one. Okay I understand now and thank you so much for takin the time to explain. Best of luck to you too 🙂
Technically, what you saw was not a comment at all. It’s called a “ping”. It’s WordPress’ way of letting you know that one of your posts has been linked to another blog. I initiated the linking. WordPress then sent you a ping, letting you know of the linking. (It does show up in your Comments, but that’s just some kind of efficiency thing with WordPress.) — YUR
