(This place is pretty much just around the corner from a sweet, sweet, tiny dancer that I used to date, in days long gone by.   Actually, she had a bit of a nasty side too.  But, that was definitely part of her charm as well.  Girl was smart as a whip too!   We really could’ve had something very special, but we had trust issues.  Water under the bridge, kids!

No new clue words today, but there was some great clue word jumbling.  I really liked how Hoyt mixed up “bravo” and “permit”.  And, “bicker” sounds a lot like my old girlfriend’s last name.  Great Great job on the answer letter layout too.  The answer itself probably wasn’t all that tough, but the answer letter layout didn’t make it obvious.  Sweet drawing from our rocking cartoonist.  I coulda been a rock star.  All I needed was to learn an instrument.  And, maybe the ability to sing.  Yep.  That’s all that held me back.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

(I guess she’d be the one to know.  She fed, cared for, and gave solace and comfort to the poor, the sick and the dying.  Most of us just write the occasional check to CARE, UNICEF, Feed The Children, what-have-you and that’s about it.  She got down and dirty with the people that society had chosen to forget, just to give them a sense of dignity, hope and love.  She was one of the shining examples of what humanity is supposed to be.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
