Answer: “LUNA–SEA“
(Great pun! A real stinker. I’m sure there were a lot of groans over this one. No new clue words, today. The jumbling was alright. Nothing too tough. The answer letter layout was very good. Funny cartoon. So, is this Grimaldi, or Riccioli? Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. Congrats to Matt Harvey being the first Major League pitcher to get to 4 – 0 this season! And, his ERA is still below 1.0! Great game, Mets! — YUR

I had real trouble with ABACUS, but I couldn’t back into it because I wasn’t sure of the solution. Finally, I moved a bunch of letters around, and there it was. Anything to do with math or a word that starts with a vowel justs gets on my nerves! Groan and laugh I did at this LUNA-SEA!
I’m back —have been gone and not able to puzzle. I am so glad that I figured out dunce quickly. Lunasea!! I thought that was a total hoot. I did have to work on abacus and abrupt — vowels–and As at that–starting words! YIKES! Mmm, only gave 4 stars–I thought I hit 5 stars.
