(Classic gumshoe speak!  I wonder where the expression comes from?  They’ll never pin it on me!  What is the etymology of “pin it on”?  Does anyone out there know?  Nice jumbling of the clue words, today.  I especially liked the jumbling of “genius”.  I had to back into it.  Some days I just have no patience!  Not sure if any of the words are new.  I kind of doubt it, though.  I think the answer letter layout is fantastic, today!  No giveaways.  I got kind of a 1940s vibe from today’s cartoon.  Good stuff, Jeff.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

(By a funny coincidence, in my newspaper the Cryptoquote is right next to Dilbert!  As someone who has spent the majority of his working career in various cubicles, and a good number of years working with developers and other assorted techies, I can readily relate to Scott’s strip and this quote.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
