LIGNF = FLING, OGGIN = GOING, WYTTEN = TWENTY, DYLLOB = BOLDLY — Giving us: IGIGWB
Clue/Question: The owner of the toupee company was a . . .
Answer: BIGWIG
(Cute. Some nice jumbling of the clue words. I first thought that “going” was noggin. Yes, that’s kind of embarrassing. It looks like “boldly” is a new clue word. Not much anyone could have done with those answer letters. Funny cartoon. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

Numbers usually give me a problem, but I was not tricked by TWENTY this time. I saw the W and remembered it from a past puzzle! Rug on the BIGWIG is perfect! LOL
Unc, I thought it was noggin too! So, that is either more embarrassing for you or makes it better! Was at a funeral yesterday and the preacher’s hair was certainly faux. It was soooooooo very, very beyond windy at the graveside service and I could hardly concentrate on the short (abbreviated due to the wind) burial service, as I watched the preacher’s toupee in amazement….it did not come flying off!! So, I had two toupee experiences in one day. Now, that hardly ever happens!
Linda, that is so funny! Back in the 70’s my best teacher friends were on the third floor of their school looking down on the principal on the playground with the kids. It was also a windy day, and his comb-over was, well, going the opposite way. They were laughing, he saw them, and he pointed an angry finger at them. I don’t think they got in trouble. Hahaha! See what the Jumble guys do to us! Their cartoons really make my day! 🙂
It makes it better, LindaLee! The minister might be like me. I have my own hair, but I use both gel and hairspray to keep everything in place. It takes gale force winds to move mine!
