LASNOM  =  SALMON,  TARGEY  =  GYRATE,  TALNEY  =  NEATLY,  WASYLA  =  ALWAYS,  TINVAY  =  VANITY,  RABPUL  =  BURLAP   —   Giving us:  SARENEASITBR

Clue/Question:  When they picked on the newest professor, they became . . .

Answer:  BRAIN TEASERS

(Fantastic!  I had a real tough time getting “gyrate” . . . again!  The exact same jumble stumped me before!  Apparently, “neatly” is a new word to be added to the ralis95 clue word database. Everything was jumbled well.  The answer letter layout was superlative.  Leonard, Raj and Howard are great, but that can’t be Sheldon.  I think this is a marvelous puzzle.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

A school without football is in danger of deteriorating into a medieval study hall.”   —   Vince Lombardi

(Ahh . . . I love football just as much as – maybe more than – the next American male, but this is just plain stupid.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

Visual Description:  The political of all time!

SIBAC  =  BASIC,  PATRA  =  APART,  RIPREM  =  PRIMER,  NITMUY  =  MUTINY   —   Giving us:  BASATPERINY

Clue/Question:  If politicians ever truly started working together, then it would be . . .

Answer:  BYE-PARTISAN

(The sad truth of the matter is that they DO already work together.  It’s just NOT for you and me.  It’s all for themselves . . . and the corporate puppet-masters.  The majority of the so-called “partisanship” that we are subjected to, on a nearly daily basis, is all just part of the diversion.  Keep us distracted with ridiculous wedge issues, while they continue to siphon off the wealth that the middle class USED TO share in.  I hate to say it, because I am generally a pacifist, who would love to work within the system – if there really and truly was a working system – but this country sorely needs a revolution.  It won’t happen, of course, because we’re lazy, fat sheeple, in love with an idea that is really just a memory.  But, you’re not here for the truth.  You want Jumble jibber-jabber.  So, here it comes.

Decent clue word jumbling, today.  We even have a new clue word, in “mutiny”.  Which is exactly what this country needs.  The answer letter layout was outstanding again!  I’m sure that is why I’m getting so many hits today.  It’s a nice little play on words, guys.  And, I like Jeff’s cartoon.  It looks like McCain, but I’m not sure who he’s shaking hands with.  Some Democrat with a full head of hair!  And, there’s Barry O, in the background, shaking hands with . . . someone.  Maybe John Boehner.  Be well and do well, friends.  But, wake up!)   —   YUR

NEYPN  =  PENNY,  KHINT  =  THINK,  CLAOLE  =  LOCALE,  NEBURK  =  BUNKER   —   Giving us:  PENTHIOCUKE

Clue/Question:  When the masseuse left her job, they wanted her to . . .

Answer:  KEEP IN TOUCH

(And, the Puritans were SHOCKED!!!  Too many neurotic nut-jobs in this country, don’t want to be touched, basically AT ALL.  If you’re one of those pathetic saps, all I can say is I feel sorry for you.

We had some interesting jumbling with this puzzle.  I really liked the jumblings of “locale” and “bunker”.  Surprisingly, it looks like “penny” is a new word, and needs to be added to the ralis95 database.  The answer letter layout was absolutely BRILLIANT!  Kudos to Mr. Hoyt!  The cartoon was . . . quaint.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
