Answer: THINK TANK
(Very clever! No new clue words, but all were jumbled very well. I really liked “knelt” and “fathom”. The answer letter layout didn’t give anything away. And, it’s a great cartoon. I don’t understand why some people don’t like puns. I’ve always been a fan. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

BERKNO is an interesting set of letters. I immediately saw BONKER as being the singular word of the plural BONKERS (to be/act crazy, nuts, etc.) and thought, why not? But when I couldn’t find it in the dictionary, I had to cheat and look it up in the database to come up with the correct word BROKEN. But, it did raise a question – how can the word BONKERS (with an S and therefor a plural, not have a singular sense? Hmmmmm. Or even BONKERD (e.g. to have caused someone to become BONKERS). Hmmmm. I guess I need a day job, I’ve toooooo much time on my hands.
best, ralis95
I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy getting your daily jumble emails. You seem like a genuinely pleasant and happy person. I think that I have only needed your help solving a puzzle once. (:
ralis95,
I think BONKERS is one of those silly British words, that has a strange origin that us Yanks can’t possibly fathom.
Lisa Lowry,
Thank you for the kind words, dear lady. Generally, I’m both pleasant and happy. Like everyone, I have my good days and bad days. Right now, I’m a tired person.
