Visual Description: A specialty Indian butcher etc. shop.
WREAA = AWARE, HATIF = FAITH, NEDLAT = DENTAL, MURNEB = NUMBER — Giving us: WEIHDLNE
Clue/Question: He opened his business here.
Answer: NEW DELHI
(I like it! A nice little homophone of deli! No new clue words, today, but they were all jumbled very smartly! I even had a little difficulty in getting “dental”. I didn’t have to resort to backing into it, but it definitely took a few looks! A little less so with “number”, but it wasn’t obvious in any way, too either. The answer letter layout was very good, but the answer itself was fairly evident. Great drawing, from our old friend! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
