(Does that make this a Jumble/New York Times Crossword Puzzle crossover???  Love the cartoon, Jeff!  I suppose this could be someone other than Will, but it sure looks like him.  Maybe Roy Disney?  One thing for sure, Bugs looks pissed!  I think Donald is just trying out some impressions.  You know.  Breaking out of his oeuvre.  I’ve always heard that the French consider Donald Duck to be a comic genius!

No new clue words today.  I liked the jumbling of “forum” and “refuse” though.  The answer letter layout didn’t make much of a difference, considering the length of the answer.  But, like I said, I loved the cartoon.

Sorry this is so late.  No paper today.  Sandy scared the crap out of us last night.  No major damage to my property, but there’s a ton to clean up.  Neighbor across the street lost two good sized trees.  One blocked his driveway and the street.  A bunch of us pitched in to help him remove it.  Power was out for 21 1/2 hours.  Came back around 6:30 tonight.  Lots of others have it much worse!  Keep a good thought for those folks.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
