I type these things into an online Java letter substitution program, as it makes things faster than doing it with a pen. When I typed in the cryptogram text, I left out the word that happened to be WITH. So instead of “WALK WITH NATURE” I had “WALK NATURE”. You can imagine how long I scratched my head to figure out what a “walk nature” happened to be, or whether the two words had accidentally been reversed when the puzzle was published. Grumble.
