pocket billiards (pool) table. This image is misnamed – what is shown is not a snooker table! Tirada com o meu nokia 5140 😉 (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
Visual Description: Collecting for a proper snooker surface.
DOORE = RODEO, XROPY = PROXY, OUTPOR = UPROOT, WOWILL = WILLOW — Giving us: DEPOTILO
Clue/Question: When it came time to raise money for a new billiards table, they did this.
Answer: POOLED IT
(No new clue words, today. I liked the jumblings of “rodeo” and especially “uproot”. I think anytime you put out a jumbled word, that looks very close to an actual word, it makes it a little more difficult to un-jumble. Both “willow” and “proxy” seemed fairly obvious. Very nice answer letter layout, but there wasn’t much of a challenge for today’s answer. I don’t imagine many of you having a hard time getting this one. Just easing us into a Monday! Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. Today might have been a better day for the Mount Rushmore jumble, as it’s the anniversary of the day Abraham Lincoln’s head was dedicated there. — YUR

Stallon,
I looked, and and I don’t think I have the ability to Unsubscribe you. Only you do. You had to click on the “Subscribe” button, and I’m guessing that now that you are a subscriber, there should be a button (the same button?) for you to unsubscribe.
Can some other subscriber confirm, for me, that there is an “Unsubscribe” button? — YUR
I must be a subscriber, as I get daily mails about both puzzles, and don’t see an unsubscribe facility. I guess Stallon will have to permanently change his email address. Wonder if the Kingston Trio could come up with a song about this.
All I DO know is that if you’re NOT a subscriber there is a feature on the upper right hand portion of the page, right under the heading/painting, that reads: “Email Subscription” followed by a little blather, then below that: “Sign me up”.
Reason/logic tells me that if you ARE a subscriber, there should be a feature in the same general vicinity that should allow you to *Unsubscribe*.
A number of subscribers HAVE left on their own (my subscriber count fluctuates), so there has to be something out there, friends!

I was unintentionally the Anonymous post.
I went to an actual email, as distinguished from the actual blog, and at the bottom was “Unsubscribe or change your email settings at ” and an appropriate link that leads to a quite reasonable “Blogs I Follow” page. So Stallon has to work from one of the now-unwanted Emails rather than from your actual web site.

I hope Stallon read that! Thanks, Art!
