(Not sure if Jeff was going for a specific billionaire, or just your generic billionaire.  Looks to be on the young side.  Maybe it’s Sergey Brin!  Regardless, today’s answer was pretty darn easy.  Sure, there’s some double meaning going on, but I don’t imagine too many of you actually had to come here for guidance.  The clue words were all jumbled nicely.  We have another new clue word to add to the ralis95 database, in “avian”.  The answer letter layout was fine.  Looks like the guys are done with the Olympic themed puzzles!  Too bad.  They were fun.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
