Visual Description:  Some kind of Retro convention.

TEYSZ  =  ZESTY,  EECIN  =  NIECE,  SUMAFO  =  FAMOUS,  CREWNH  =  WRENCH   —   Giving us:  ZWSIEEFMONCH

Clue/Question:  His attempt to impersonate Henry Winkler was a . . .

Answer:  FONZIE SCHEME

(I think this one even gets a groan from me!  After thirty years, or so, even Henry Winkler doesn’t look like The Fonz anymore.  The usual good jumbling of the clue words.  Only “wrench” is new to the ralis95 clue word database.  Great answer letter layout.  This might have been tough for people who don’t know the sit-com, Happy Days.  For the rest of us, I think we all figured out pretty quickly that one of the words would be FONZIE, and we were able unscramble ESEMCH, relatively easily.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
