Answer:  TOP PRIORITY

(I love the pun!  A real groaner!  I liked the jumbling of all the clue words.  None of them are new to the ralis95 clue word database, but three of them start with a vowel.  Some our regulars – Lesley – very often seem to have a little trouble getting those.  I wasn’t thrilled with the answer letter layout.  You can pretty well see the word PRIORITY right there.  Just switching the order of “upper” and “icing” AND of “forgot” and “astray” would have made it much more formidable.  IIPPRTRYOOT would have made it more of a challenge, in yer uncle’s opinion.  C’mon, Hoyt!  Try to stay on point!  Great descriptive cartoon.  Nevertheless, the pun made it fun!  Be well and do good, friends.  We’re all in this together.)   —   YUR
