(C’mon, people! It’s a 13 letter answer, with a superlative answer letter layout! You didn’t think that I was just going to GIVE it to you, did you? No way. This one is worth a little tease. I think it’s time for another Uncle Rave’s Wiseguy of the Day contest! But, just being the first to send in the correct answer leaves me just a little cold. How about, besides the correct answer, you add some kind of relevant wiseguy remark! It could be about today’s Answer, something about the cartoon, or . . . some kind of shot at yer dear old uncle! If I’da used these rules last month then that Tex-turd character might have been the winner, for saying that I was just *fishing for the answer*. LOL! This should be fun. Just try to keep things fairly clean. I don’t want to have to edit, or reject, a comment because someone decides to go off on me!
03/02/12: The Uncle Rave’s Wiseguy of the Day winner is Rick, with: “Come on Unc …The answer is akin to teaching baseball hitting. You have to learn to hit the curves.”
Anyhow, I thought there were some hits and misses with today’s clue word jumbling. I think both “crunch” and “beside” could have been better jumbled, but especially beside. I thought the five letter words were jumbled very nicely. The two newest additions to the ralis95 clue word database are “crunch” and “conga”. Purists are always going to complain, but conga has long been part of the English lexicon.

The guys gave us a couple of clues to the answer, one being written, the other illustrated. Personally, I bailed on math after struggling with Algebra. However, I’m just enough of a wiseguy to know what they were hinting at. I’m betting that many/most of you have one form, or another, of the requisite wisdom to solve today’s equation. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
