Answer:  TIME AND TIME AGAIN

(Pretty good Sunday Jumble.  Only “wheeze” really jumped out at me.  “Inform” and “motion” a little less so.  I thought “intent” was nicely scrambled, as well as our two new clue words, “armory” and “vulgar”.  I guess there were two bonus clues today.  One is the two – older – coworkers say the exact same thing, while working on what looks like identical clocks, and the other is the two clocks on the wall.  Be well and do good, friends.  And, always do your best to be punctual.  It’s just another one of those golden rule issues.)   —   YUR
