Clue/Question:  His Valentine’s Day lunch was this.

Answer:  A HEARTY MEAL

(I like it!  A nice little play on words.  Great cartoon.  The answer letter layout was superlative!  Absolutely no giveaway in the way they’re laid out.  I semi-backed into “yeast”No trouble getting “fable” or “bother”, and “emblem” is new to the ralis95 clue word database!  My missus is my permanent Valentine, but all of you readers are my Special Honorary Valentines!
