Clue/Question:  Getting a cardio workout by dancing to disco music made them . . .

(This one took a little thought to solve!  The answer letter layout was really well thought out.  All the clue words were well jumbled.  None of them were new, but I did have to think to get “metric”.  I guess I’m just a typical American, in that regard.  If I were to engage in this workout it would not be retro, for me.  I was always in the Disco Sucks! camp, back then.  I’ve mellowed a bit since then.  I will never consider it good music, but it’s harmless.  And, of course, it’s very danceable.  Be well, do good . . . and let the music move you.)   —   YUR
