(Not bad!  Surprisingly, the word “peppy” is new to the database.  All were jumbled well, and the answer letter layout made you work.  Any resemblance to the gorilla and Your Uncle Rave is purely coincidental.  Be well and do good.)   —   YUR

NKRACY  =  CRANKY,  DUKLER  =  LURKED,  OIONPS  =  POISON,  TIEHRV  =  THRIVE,  CAGINT  =  ACTING,  VSLIEW  =  SWIVEL   —   Giving us:  CREDOSTHIINGWI

Clue/Question:  Wilbur and Orville made this when they chose to put two wings on their plane.

Answer:  THE WRIGHT DECISION

(Uh oh!  Looks like my Saturday spoiler spoiled Sunday’s Jumble!  Kinda.  I can see why they held off a day on it, though.  14 letters is a lot – too much? – for a weekday Jumble answer.  Better suited to the Sunday format.  The only new word today is “lurked”.  I had some trouble getting it, as I did with both “acting” and “swivel”.  Very nice job on the answer letter layout.  But, most people understand that the Wright brothers were the first to succeed at manned flight.  Nice little pun nonetheless!  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
