Visual Description:  Unhappy camper, with his unsympathetic wife.

NICFH  =  FINCH,  TOPIA  =  PATIO,  REYAET  =  EATERY,  CEEDTT  =  DETECT   —   Giving us:  FIHPAITEDCT

Clue/Question:  After realizing some components for their new tent were missing, he did this.

Answer:  PITCHED A FIT

(Gotta love it!  When you’re out in the wilds, and you go to pitch a tent, but cannot – through no fault of your own – you might pitch a fit, too!  Of course, it would have been prudent to check everything out BEFORE getting yourself in this situation.  The whiny guy might be going overboard, but I don’t see his partner helping out any with that crappy attitude!  She better be MacGyver‘s sister, or something, or they’ll both be sleeping under the stars.  Not such a bad thing really, unless it rains . . . or turns cold.  But, I digress.  There were two new additions to the database in “eatery” and “finch”.  All the clue words were well jumbled.  Also, the answer letter layout was again superb.  Cartoon good.  Connectivity problems on my end again.  I wrote more relevant stuff, but it’s been lost!  Be well, do good.)   —   YUR
