Jumble Spoiler – 09/28/11

NFYNU  =  FUNNY,  ENALK  =  ANKLE,  DGAERU  =  ARGUED,  VYNCOO  =  CONVOY   —   Giving us:  NNANARDONO

Clue/Question:  The marathon winner’s victory speech did this.

Answer:  RAN ON AND ON

(Today, the answer was pretty obvious, but three of the clue words were pretty challenging!  I had to think a bit on “ankle”.  But, not too hard.  I played around with DGAERU for a while, then decided I’d just come back after getting the fourth word.  But, “convoy” even gave me some trouble!  Not a whole lot though.  I think that DGAERU just kind of spooked me a little.  I had to write out different combinations of letters for a change.  I still didn’t come up with “argued” though, until I wrote out RUDEGA.  Then – don’t ask me why – I just saw it.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR

PS.  I think that whatever was lingering in my frigging ankle has FINALLY cleared itself up.  Heck.  It only took eight and a half months!   —   YUR
