(I like it when the Jumbles are relevant to holidays and such!  I only had trouble with one of the clue words, and that was with “sailor”.  I was thinking it was ROSIAL, kind of a variant on ROSEAL, but I couldn’t sell myself on it.  I got lazy again, and backed into it from the answer.  I thought the answer was pretty clever.  And, there was no giveaway with the answer letter layout.  Nice job, guys.  Enjoy the rest of this 3 day weekend, folks.  Don’t let them destroy the unions!  We can’t afford to cede total control to the corporations.  We’ll wind up being little more than slaves.  Be well and do good, friends.)   —   YUR
