KHSUY = HUSKY, GIGNA = AGING, WSROYD = DROWSY, BRBEOR = ROBBER — Giving us: SYAGDOOER
Clue/Question: Founded in 1898, Frank Seiberling‘s tire and rubber company has had many . . .
Answer: GOOD YEARS
(Oh, look! They’re wearing Brooks Brothers suits! And, isn’t that a Waterman pen the taller gentleman is holding? LOL! I kid, because . . . I can! I wonder how many might have written down KUSHY instead of HUSKY? I did think it, but I caught myself. You get the S and Y either way, but of course you’d be mistaking CUSHY. Great scrambling, and great answer letter layout. I guess if you didn’t happen to notice the tire below the portrait – kind of the elephant in the room – you could always have Googled the name Frank, or Charles, Seiberling to figure out the answer. Maybe something some of our non-American readers might have needed to do? Unclerave’s Wordy Weblog has an international following, you know?!?! Something a little different for a Monday morning. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR

I actually didn’t get drowsy right away. I put another word in which I’m too embarrassed to write what it was since, well, it’s not a real word. Ha. I figured out my mistake pretty quickly though.
Trial and error, brother! No shame in that, whatsoever! Getting something wrong the first time generally reinforces the correct in future occurrences.

Write and see if I dont find you and break your neck!!
We just received a very nice email from Frank Seiberling’s great grand daughter telling us how she is a big Jumble fan and loved today’s puzzle. How cool is that?!
I didn’t fall into the “kushy” trap, but I initially thought “swordy” for the third scramble (maybe someone who carries a lot of swords?). Is this what Mike C. did, maybe?

@Keith,
‘S wonderful . . . ‘S marvelous! Maybe Mike C. will come clean! I was thinking he was thinking “wordsy”, but your guess is at least as good as mine. — YUR
