Visual Description: The not-so-handy hubby and his doubting better half.
SFOSL = FLOSS, OSEGO = GOOSE, RTFUHO = FOURTH, MNIEBL = NIMBLE — Giving us: FLSEFHILE
Clue/Question: His shoddy workmanship on the bookcase would give it a short . . .
Answer: SHELF LIFE
(Classic! All around great scrambling. I had a little trouble with both “fourth” and “nimble”. Nothing given away in the answer letter layout. A good turn of a phrase. And, a great cartoon, without any unnecessary “bonus clues”. Not mega-tough, but very satisfying. Be well and do good, friends.) — YUR
PS. If you want to watch a good movie – one that got little fanfare when it was in the theaters, and less now that it’s available for rental – rent The Company Men. It’s got a great cast (Tommy Lee Jones, Ben Affleck, Maria Bello, Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner, Craig T. Nelson), the story is very timely, and it really hits home. It’s not surprising that the big studio/production company/distributors wanted nothing to do with this film! Watch it, and you’ll see what I mean. Rated R. Running time 105 minutes. — YUR

What a gorgeous day today! FOURTH almost got me, but a little voice in my head said, “It’s related to a number!” I usually struggle with number words (Mathophobe that I am!). I love the word NIMBLE! It’s cool to say and not used too often these days, so I love to throw it out there once in awhile! As for Company Men, I will be trying to rent or find it on our cable channel! Thanks!!!
