Answer: A LOT OF VALUE
(Not all that tough, but not bad. I breezed through all of the clue words. None of them appeared to be anything new, but some good scrambling was going on. The answer letter layout was top notch! But, I felt like there was a little verbal overkill, with the realtor using the word “appreciate” and the wifey saying “under-priced”. That kind of screamed “value”, to me. Also, the picture of the vacant/available lot, along with the clue/question’s use of “subdivision parcel” pretty much gives you the other key word in the answer. The drawing is funny, because the house pretty near completion, kind of looks like a barn/part of a farm. With the irony being that this is very likely one-time farm land that they’re building on. This one gave me a little bit of a hard time. It definitely doesn’t help when I don’t properly read the scrambled letters. I had “battle” for the third entry. Only after too-much time spent trying to work the resulting letters into the puzzle answer did I realize that this scramble had two Ls, not two Ts.
Similar thing happened to me just this morning, with the 8/19/11 Jumble. I caught it quickly though.

I thought BALLET was BEATLE like the group! I had to cheat to see BALLET. By this point in time I can work this puzzle pretty easily, but yesterday, I even struggled with FLUTE. I have not been sleeping well lately! Nightmares! Therefore, foggy brain…
