(Wow!  55 Comments!  I haven’t even had a chance to read them all, yet.  But, it’s looking like most of THEM knew the answer!  I can see – NOW – that my problem was NOT seeing the word “DAY” as one of the 3 letter words.  I did have the word “COUNT” as one of the 5 letter possibilities.  But, it was one of my later tries, and I was playing with the word “READY” from the remaining 8 letters, which left me with a Y, a V and an E.  Can’t do anything with those letters.  Silly me.  But, you guys ROCK!  Thx, fer bailin’ me out, guys!)   —   YUR
