(We must’ve really made those Mo-Fos angry then!  The manufactured “truth” that we’re constantly being fed seems to be much more palatable to far too many Americans, these days.  It’s comfort food.  It satisfies the taste buds and fills us up, but the nutritional content is highly questionable.  And, in the end it just makes us fat, lazy and not all that bright.)   —   YUR

Clue/Question:  Even though the baseball player had retired, he could still make . . .

Answer:  GOOD CATCHES

(Very nice.  We had “scout” not too long ago, with a different scrambling.  “hedge” looks familiar, too.  Good scrambling all around.  But, I didn’t have any trouble getting today’s answer.  I love baseball, and I love fishing.  I haven’t really fished in YEARS, but I still think I would enjoy it.  Especially bass!  I always liked the fight that bass would put up.  Do good and be well, my friends.  I should be able to see some sunshine by Friday!)   —   YUR
