Answer: LUMBERJACK
(I can already hear the moans, groans and gripes about this answer! Should there be a hyphen between LUMBER and JACK? Should there be quotation marks somewhere? And, I’m sure some of you – engineer types – are going to complain: Even IF he and his makeshift lever could lift the car, how could he possibly keep it in place long enough to change the tire? I suppose she could do the changing, while he – somehow – keeps the car elevated. But, from the drawing, it doesn’t look like she would even know what to do with a lug wrench. Hmmm! With no “bonus clues”, with very good answer letter scrambling, and for the reasons above, I think that this one might have given a lot of you a good bit of trouble! I’ll know tomorrow, when I see the final visit tally for today. All the clue words were well scrambled, too. Maybe some new words, ralis95?
