Clue/Question:  The Martian didn’t like taking the bus because it made him feel . . .

Answer:  “ALIENATED“

(A little send-up to Bugs Bunny and all the wonderful Looney Tunes characters.  Something us aging Baby Boomers can appreciate.  Warner Bros. made some of the best cartoons, of all time!  As simple as the word is, I can’t remember ever seeing “grant” before.  And maybe, “daisy” and “pebble” too.  ralis95 can give us the final word on what will be added to to the jumble clue word database.  I’m pretty sure we’ve had “jacket” before.  The answer totally makes sense, but I definitely wouldn’t say that it was easy to get.  Because of the phrasing of the clue/question, I figured it had to end in “ed”.  After that, it all just kinda fell into place.  Very good scrambling, today, Dave.  And, a very good likeness of Marvin, Jeff.  Enjoy this wonderful Spring day, friends!)   —   YUR
