(Ah, Eugene!  Almost always the pessimist.  A certain amount of unrest is inevitable in this world of ours.  Despite our high opinion of ourselves humans are still relatively primitive.  I think that most of us would be satisfied with a relative peace, and we could tolerate justifiable wars.  Most people object more to being lied and manipulated into supporting the “wrong” wars.  No one likes the feeling of being used.)   —   YUR

Answer:  A SWEET POTATO

(I know it’s not a new word, but “stereo” always gives me a little trouble.  The other clue words came rather quickly, despite being well-scrambled.  The answer letters didn’t give away the answer, too.  I can’t imagine anybody having too much difficulty getting the answer, unless you grew up never owning a Mr. Potato Head or you never saw any of the “Toy Story” movies.  I love that he’s voiced by Don Rickles in the movies.  Mr. Rickles is a national treasure.  He may not be quite as sharp tongued as he used to be, but sometimes all he has to do is just roll his eyes, and he cracks me up!  Be well, friends.)   —   YUR
