Clue/Question: Before he completely unpacked, he worked out of his . . .
Answer: HOME BOX OFFICE
(Now, today’s I like! The clue words were fairly simple, but well scrambled. And, there was nothing obvious about the layout of the answer letters. I think the cartoon could have stood on it’s own, without the “bonus clue”, but it definitely sped up the process of figuring out the answer, for me. For those who don’t get HBO, and/or those who don’t pay much attention to what’s on television, the “bonus clue” of Boardwalk Empire, on the television screen, might not have helped. I loved B.E., and I’m a big, longtime fan of Steve Buscemi. So, even though you can’t make out the word “Boardwalk”, I was able to see/imagine the cityscape that the word “Empire” highlights. But, even before that, I already knew the middle word was “box”. So, I think, even without of the “bonus clue”, I and most of the diehards would have been able to figure out the answer. I always prefer to be challenged. Be well and do good, friends!) — YUR
