Detail of The Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci

Image via Wikipedia

Visual Description:  A scene from “Nip/Tuck“???

PTIOL  =  PILOT,  RCEKE  =  CREEK,  NDHIED  =  HIDDEN,  OALCET  =  LOCATE   —   Giving us:  PIEEKHIDCT

Clue/Question:  How the man chose his new nose at the plastic surgeon’s office.

Answer:  HE PICKED IT

(No groans, people!  We ALL do it!  Don’t EVEN try to deny it.  As a matter of fact, I just . . .   Just kidding.  Simple clue words, well scrambled.  I tried to get ocelot out of “locate” for half a minute.  The answer letters were well scrambled too, but when you’re working with one of the oldest jokes in the book, it’s not exactly trying to divine The Da Vinci Code.  Did anybody miss their old uncle?  Sorry about the last few days.  Haven’t had access to a computer.  Hopefully, I’ll be able to post tomorrow.  If not, then Thursday, for sure.  Be good, friends.)   — YUR

Cryptoquote Spoiler – 03/15/11

A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others.”   — Ayn Rand

(We haven’t heard from Ayn in quite a while . . . as you all have not heard from thee.  A thousand pardons.  First opportunity to use a computer since last Thursday.  No guarantee as to when I’ll post again.  But, you’ll likely hear from me on Thursday the 17th.  Be good, do good, friends.)   — YUR
