Visual Description: Rhett Beaver, finally having had enough with Scarlett.
NOCIT = TONIC, WADNR = DRAWN, TLGIHC = GLITCH, HPENEW = NEPHEW — Giving us: OIDWNGITNEHW
Clue/Question: The beaver’s dam was this when it was blown away.
Answer: GONE WITH THE WIND
(Marvelous! All the clue words were well scrambled and fun. Nothing obvious in the scrambling of the answer letters. And, a great cartoon parody of one of the best lines ever delivered, in one of the most iconic movies of all time! “Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a damn!” You can tell how difficult it was for poor Rhett, after putting up with this vapid, self-centered bitch, for years – the woman he adored – to finally decide that enough was friggin’ enough. I hope the kiddies can relate to this. This pic might help. {click on it} Diehard film buffs, of all ages, should appreciate today’s puzzle!) — YUR

Took all morning to do this one! “Glitch” and “nephew” were tough on me, and my crazy neighbor was burning plastic in her fireplace again, so I was distracted! I got solution before I even got the puzzle, but, duh, I couldn’t get the beaver connection until I read your explanation. I am so embarrassed because GWTW is one of my favorite movies, and I love hidden literary meanings like the “damn.” Way to go guys! Great puzzle! A+
Felt this one was pretty easy, took me less than five mins for clues and answer, clever parody though!
Thanks, for providing me the opportunity to correct a minor error in my comment section!
