(At first glance, I thought this answer was going to be tough to get. Good job on the scrambling! I considered that the first word might be “tip” or “top”, but then the word “support” kind of jumped out at me. And, that left me with “air”! I fully appreciate that our modern military helmets probably provide more protection, than the older ones, WWII thru Vietnam +. But, they always remind me of the Nazi era German helmets. I think that sometimes these simple subtleties have a large impact on how our troops are perceived. Particularly in the countries where we are viewed as “occupiers”. If you’re reading this from the Pentagon, you might want to bring this up at the next uniform discussion.) — YUR
