Architecture doesn’t come from theory.  You don’t think your way through a building.”   — Arthur Erickson

(I guess I’m just not “feeling” this quote.  Maybe there are some architects out there who want to comment on the pros or cons of this statement.  Here!  I’ll hold my breath.)   — YUR

Jumble Spoiler – 02/17/11

Visual Description:  Farmers lookin’ back on the north forty.

AWNTY  =  TAWNY,  LOOFI  =  FOLIO,  THOUPS  =  UPSHOT,  YABSUW  =  SUBWAY   —   Giving us:  WOSOSW

Clue/Question:  When the Spring planting was complete, the farmers said it was . . .

Answer:  SOW SOW

(Great clue words, nicely scrambled.  How many of the guys were/are (still) thinking of “Tawny” Kitaen?  I’m waiting to see what our friend, Richard, might come up with, using these clue words.  Once the clue words were solved I doubt many had ANY trouble getting the answer.  ‘Ceptin’ sum of yew city slickers! This picture is what Zemantia brought up, based on the word “upshot”.  Very scary, indeed.  It raises the old argument of :  Just because man can do something, does it mean he should do it?)   — YUR
