(Very good pun!  The cartoon gives you both sides of the play on words.  The doc’s degree is hanging on the wall, and the owner is crowing about his dog’s pedigree!  The clue words were pretty basic, but the scrambling of the answer letters was done very well.  Is this Gizmo, Jeff?)   — YUR
