(Thank you, Stevie Wonder! Not bad, but certainly not hard, for a Monday morning. Maybe they’re trying to take it easy on all those who may have over-imbibed watching last night’s Super Bowl?! I was a teetotaler for the first time, going back as far as I can remember! I just figured that mixing beer and crutches probably wasn’t the greatest of ideas. Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers, on their victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was another great game, and the Packers showed a lot of resiliency. I read a lot about how the Steelers’ defense wasn’t what everybody was expecting, and of course, there was plenty of praise for how Aaron Rodgers played. But, I didn’t hear much talk about Green Bay’s defense, and to me that is just plain wrong. There were a number of occasions when Pittsburgh was starting to move the ball very well, but then the Packer’s defense made some adjustments, and just shut them down. And, I’m not referring to the interceptions or the fumble recovery, although those things did play a major factor in the game too. I don’t know whether it was their Defensive Coordinator who was calling for the adjustments, or some defensive captain making the calls on the field, but they seemed to make the right plays just when it mattered most. I also had a little problem with some of the Steelers’ offensive play calling, but I’m just your average armchair QB, so what do I know! It was a woulda, coulda, shoulda game for the Steelers, but all credit to the Green Bay Packers! They earned the victory.) — YUR
