(Great clue words, all very nicely scrambled!  Ya gotta love “quash” and “lurid”.  If the guys had changed the order of the clue words – undoar before crahnb – I think the answer letters would have been more challenging.  As they are, I think the answer was pretty much a giveaway.  I don’t know which is worse, the smell of nail polish, or the smell of nail polish remover!  Both of those things are positively lethal!  Hey!  Who do you guys like in the Super Bowl???)   — YUR

Cryptoquote Spoiler – 02/04/11

(I think this was one of Winnie’s few Hallmark moments.  Very likely made later in life.  Most of his quotes are of a much more serious nature.  Outside of William Shakespeare, Winston Churchill is probably the most quoted Brit in history.  I was a little off on this one, this morning.  I originally had the second word as “have” instead of “make”.  It didn’t take away from solving the rest of the quote, so no harm, no foul.)   — YUR
