(Very good, indeed!  Great clue words, nicely scrambled.  Great scrambling of the answer letters.  And, a very good, common sense message!  A better investment might be to declaw that surly looking cat!  Pro Bowl?  Yawn!  I can’t remember when I last watched one.  Too much offense, not enough defense, and being before the Super Bowl prohibits a number of players, who deserve to be there, from playing in it.  Some fat cat must have figured out that the networks and owners make more money by them playing it the week before the Super Bowl.  Isn’t that what it always comes down to these days?)   — YUR

(Do you think that Michael Bloomberg fought so hard, for what was – at the time – an illegal third term as mayor of New York City, because he wasn’t profiting from the position???  Forget about his taking only a single dollar in annual salary.  That’s just a smokescreen.  Why do you think Rahm Emanuel wants to be mayor of Chicago so badly, making a mockery of residency laws?  Why does just about every member of Congress start running for re-election within a few months of their initial election victory?  We need unassailable term limits, and much more oversight, accountability and transparency.  Public service was never intended to be profitable, at least not to such an obscene extent.)   — YUR
