Visual Description:  A man with three hands buying his wife a gown.

DICHE  =  CHIDE,  TOUHY  =  YOUTH,  CLARGI  =  GARLIC,  YEMITS  =  STYMIE —   Giving us:  DETHRICTE

Clue/Question:  What he got when his wife bought the designer dress.

Answer:  THE CREDIT

(Actually, he’s getting the debt.  And hopefully, it’s a debt of gratitude!  Probably not though.  She seems to be pretty bossy!  “CHIDE” and “STYMIE” are great words.  And, some of you thought that Stymie was just a cute, little, bald, black kid from The Little Rascals shorts!  LOL!  Great scrambling of the answer letters.  I hope our guys don’t try to break into fashion designing!  That is one UGLY dress!)   — YUR

Through all the world there goes one long cry from the heart of the artist:  Give me leave to do my utmost.”   — Isak Dinesen

(What?  It’s not: Show me the money!?  Actually, it could be interpreted as such.  In order for the artist to be free to create it helps – a lot – if they don’t have to worry about those mundane – but necessary – things:  food, clothing and shelter.  Very often, girls with guys’ names kind of bug me.  But, I just found out that Isak, a variant of Isaac, is a Hebrew word meaning laughter.  What could be more perfect, for a child of any gender, than that?)   — YUR
