(Pretty nifty!  They worked in “Jumble” and Jeff’s last name into the cartoon.  Without the cartoon, today’s answer would have been very difficult – for me, at least – to solve.  Very good scrambling of the answer letters.  And, for some strange reason, I had a tough time getting “latest”.  Sometimes the word is SO common that the puzzle solving quadrant of your brain just can’t find the handle!  Be good, do good, people.)   — YUR
