There is a pun! The pun is that “No more stars” (or “On more stars”) is “easy to get from astronomers” because it’s from the letters that spell A-S-T-R-O-N-O-M-E-R-S.
No pun is this jumble.
Well, your second point is correct, Julie, but it was pointed out in an earler comment. But, it’s still not a pun. It’s a type of word game, just not a pun . . . at least not in my opinion.
