I was beginning to wonder what this fella was thinking about. Vendor through me for a loop. The other words were to easy. The TSA is a fear mongering word used to control the masses.
I got stuck on the final answer.. I had rearranged them into “WSUT ORDER”.. and couldn’t see past the ORDER 😦
