Jumble Spoiler – 04/05/10

Visual Description:  Differing railbirds checking out a pony.

TEJEC  =  EJECT,  LINAF  =  FINAL,  MEAFED  =  DEFAME,  GUNULS  =  SNUGLY   —   Giving us:  TIAFMSL

Clue/Question:  Given a “chance” they are the opposite but the same.

Answer:  SLIM AND FAT

(Ah, yes!  The “Sport of Kings” . . . embraced by knaves and scoundrels!  It’s springtime, and the horse race season is starting to heat up.  In 4 short weeks we get the first jewel of the Triple Crown, the Kentucky Derby.  It’s still too early, but I’m already liking the Todd Pletcher horse, Eskendereya.  If he stays healthy, and they decide to run him, he’ll be one of the big favorites.  The only problem is that the Kentucky Derby allows far too many entrants, and very often the best horses do not get the chance to show their stuff.)
